We hear you! While this is probably a headache for you now, we can absolutely work with that. It doesn’t matter for us if there are lots of different sources, if the sources have different formats, or if they’re different file types.
If you feel comfortable giving access to us to the various data sources, we can extract the data for you. If you’d like to retain control, you can simply upload the data files whenever you want your reports updated.
Nope! You can have as many report recipients as you want and it won’t increase the cost. We can also add or change recipients throughout your subscription. We can even segment your reports or dashboards for specific groups or individuals.
Up to you! You can grant us access to your data sources, or you can simply upload the different data source files whenever you want your reports updated. If you’re not sure how to get data out of a particular system or platform, we can show you or figure it out together.
Before we charge you for an assessment, we do a free discovery with you to see if we’ll be a good fit and able to provide you value. We charge for the assessment because we invest a significant amount of time in the process, and you get informative and actionable materials back whether or not you want to move forward with a subscription.
We’ll do a complete review of your organization’s strategic plan and the specific tactics and goals aligned with the requested analytics. Depending on the scale of the project, your team, department, or entire organization will participate in a “data readiness” survey to help us understand current comfort with analytics and uncover data challenges. We’ll map out all the of data resources, internal and external, available to you and produce sharable documentation that you can use to navigate and educate. We host multiple forums and discussion groups with key stakeholders involved in the analytics we’re developing. Finally, we’ll produce strategic recommendations and wireframe dashboards for your review. If you decide to make them yourself or take them to another company, those plans are yours to keep!
Nope! Your final subscription price will cover as many recipients as you need. We can also send different sets of reports or dashboards to groups or individuals.
Yes, certainly! Depending on the scale of the change, it may change the price of your subscription or require you to agree to an annual subscription if you are not already on one.
It depends on the report or dashboard type you select. We can create your own web-based Control Center site to view interactive Power BI reports. We email PDF or embedded reports. We can save files in a shared location. It’s all up to what works best for you!
Because we don’t charge you to build your reports or dashboards, we require an annual subscription for your first year. After that, you can continue month to month.
